Two hour karate workshop. This workshop is for those looking to improve their relationship to their body, including those struggling with eating disorders. Workshop will include a 1 hour beginner karate class (no previous experience necessary), followed by 30- 45 minute discussion group.

About Meghan Wilson
Meghan Wilson received her 3rd degree black belt in 2014. She has been practicing Shotokan Karate for 25 years and has been teaching for 15 years. She is also in recovery from an eating disorder. She found the practice of karate instrumental in her recovery, in building confidence in and appreciation for her body. She hopes to share this experience with others who might struggle with similar concerns.
