Midwest Karate Association of St Paul offers basic Yoga classes geared toward the beginning and intermediate level yoga student. These classes are open to anyone interested in learning this ancient form of excercise.
The classes use basic Yoga postures and breathing techniques to gently lengthen and open joints. Yoga will help you become more aware of unwanted stress and related tension, as well as enhance flexibility and balance
- Drop in any time.
- Do Yoga as often, or as little as you like.
- Excellent suppliment to your regular sports activity.
- Class cards do not expire and are transferable.
- Each class is one hour and fifteen minutes.
- No experience necessary.
- Wear comfortable clothing (not baggy).
- Bring a Yoga mat and cushion (Loaners available)
